Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Wheelie Care. These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENTS:
All direct debit payments will be made in advance to your fortnightly or monthly cleans. Direct debit payments are NON-REFUNDABLE if bins are not available caused by yourself. (If you have not placed your bins out for cleaning).

  1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
    1.1 Our mobile wheelie bin cleaning service involves the cleaning and sanitization of residential and commercial wheelie bins using specialized equipment and cleaning agents.
    1.2 We clean bins from your specified locations, perform the cleaning process and then return the bins back to the same location.
  2. SERVICE SCHEDULING AND PAYMENTS
    2.1 To schedule bin cleaning service, you must provide accurate and up to date information, including your name, address, contact details, and the number of bins requiring cleaning.
    2.2 We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem the location unsafe or inaccessible.
    2.3 Payment for the (one off) service shall be made in advance either online or other accepted payment methods, as agreed upon by both parties.
    2.4 Payment for fortnightly, monthly or any other continuous service will be paid via direct debit for the nominated plan you have selected.
    2.5 Prices for our services are subject to change without prior notice. However, we will honor the price that was in effect at the time of booking for confirmed appointments.
  3. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
    3.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule your bin clean, please provide us with 24 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of $10.00.
    3.2 Refunds may be provided in certain circumstances, such as when we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case by case basis.
  4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
    4.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that your bins are kerb side on the agreed upon dates of your nominated cleaning plans.
    4.2 Animal or human faeces can cause serious health conditions if exposed and we have deemed the activity high risk. Should any bins contain faeces, your bin(s) will not be cleaned and you will not receive a refund. A $10.00 fee will be charged for the wasted visit.
    4.3 You are responsible to remove any excess waste or items in the bins prior to our arrival.
    4.4 You must provide accurate and complete information regarding the location and access of the bins to facilitate the cleaning process.
  5. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
    5.1 While we take up most care in cleaning your bins, we are not responsible for any damage or lost to the bins or their contents after cleaning.
    5.2 We are not liable for any damages or injuries caused by improper use or handling of the bins after they have been cleaned and returned to the kerb.
    5.3 We reserve the right to refuse service if we encounter hazardous waste or materials in the bins.
    5.4 We do not assume any responsibility for the disposal of hazardous waste or prohibited items found in the bins.
  6. AMENDMENTS
    6.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective as of the date of posting on our website, or other communication channels.
    6.2 It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically for any changes. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
